I’ve had Costco hearing aids for 7 years and needed something more. My PCP recommended this office. I have gone to ENTs all my life and for the past couple of years every 2-3 months for ear wax and eczema. I had my first Appt with Dr. Vaidya in April who diagnosed my problem differently and treated it successfully. I haven’t needed an appt for ear wax removal since then. My Primary Care Physician prescribed a hearing test for me at West Coast Hearing and Balance Center and from the moment I arrived for my appointment I was treated well. The staff are professional and friendly and there was little wait time. Janna Cline-Chanes MS performed the hearing test in a timely manner and explained the results to me in an understandable way. My total experience was perfect in every way. I felt I was in good hands. I recommend highly.

The doctor and the audiologists are very thorough and explain everything. Dr. Hang Lam is terrific. Best audiologist I've been too. Always cheerful and very good at detailed explanations. The staff always helps me get the best appointments for my schedule. Love that place.
