Scaredy Cat I had a broken tooth that was causing me terrible pain. I got an appt. right away. Dr. Tran and his staff did a great job! I felt almost no pain at all and I'm the biggest chicken out there. In fact I think they did such a good job that I will be taking my family there in the future.
Impressive first visit Went to my first visit at West Chester Family Dentistry. Got the tour to see their first class facility. Very impressive! Also got to meet a lot of the staff who I'll be working with. This is very different from other offices I've been a patient of. It's a first class office.

Best Ever! Dr. Tran is the best dentist and a fine man. The entire staff is wonderful, and very professional.
As always this dentist office goes above and beyond to accommodate families. For me three year old who was going for the 1st time, they allowed her to wear "special" sunglasses so the light would not be too bright, and a purple "princess" ring that held the toothpaste for them to use on her teeth. They also let her touch all the instruments and hold the dental assistants hand while she put them in her mouth. All of this while I was in the hallway entertaining my 5 and 1 year old.
