Had to bring my dog in last night for an emergency visit. Dr. Guay was wonderful. He was able to attend to my dog very quickly. After he was done, he took the time to come out to the waiting room and explain everything he did. He answered all questions I had. The nurses were great & the woman at the front desk, Nancy, was very helpful. I left with all my questions answered. My dog will be better in no time thanks to the great service here. Very down to earth people.
Had to take our beagle in yesterday afternoon and received outstanding service! Thank you so much for putting my daughter and myself at ease ❤
I can tell you from first hand knowledge this staff knows what they are doing! When I took my 2 male English Springer Spaniel puppies there after they had gotten a container off a shelf in the garage that had about a teaspoon of antifreeze in it and both puppies needed immediate life saving attention the staff when above and beyond to get the right medicine delivered over night so I did not have to choose between which puppy lived and which puppy did not. Thankfully BOTH puppies lived through this horrible experience
We were camping at the koa and Diesel hurt his paw when he was in the river. The west chester vets were so kind and saw him right away. I wish we lived closer because we very impressed with the staff and vet. Thank you!
