I called Sunday am because our pup was up all night with symptoms of an ear infection. I was told they were open so my sister took the ride with me. The driveway wasn't passable, the snow was up to my bumper(i do not have 4x4 or AWD), it looked like no one was there so I called to double check. The lady said "oh they must have plowed us back in. We use West Chester Veterinary Medical Center as our routine vet. We picked this practice because they are a 24 hour emergency center as well. We have used the ER services for both our dogs and we could not be happier with them! Our dogs are always well taken care of and made to feel welcomed when we arrive. The staff genuinely cares for the animals and people they treat. The staff even calls to check on them after an appointment and they are always super helpful!
The staff was very informative for a first timer myself being in a 24 hospital for my chihuahua. Thank you very much. You're staff was wonderful and very understanding. I will be back
I brought both my senior dogs here several times when we needed emergency help on a weekend night or holiday. Rocky and Stella have received top notch care during our visits along with follow-up calls to check on them for the next day or two. The staff is very friendly, helpful, competent, and honest. I am so thankful that such great care is available 24-7. I would especially like to thank Dr. Rowe and Dr. Guay who took the time to thoroughly explain my dogs' medical issues on every visit.
