We are prepared to provide quality medical, surgical and intensive care for your pet. The WCAEC is accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association and meets over 300 criteria for excellence in emergency care.

They were awesome with caring for my sick semi feral and then calling my vet the next day to inform them of samson's visit.
A huge heart felt thanks and much gratitude to Dr. Todd and staff for your help and care tonight in getting Elliott felling better and in his way to recovery! NO MORE DOG PARK visits for us!!! And please....if your dogs aggressive towards other dogs or you simply can't control your dog....please don't bring them to a dog park! Or better yet consider a cat adoption!!
We just brought out new puppy, Winston, for his first visit. The whole staff was so kind and he even had his name on the welcome board!
We will be forever grateful for the amazing care and support West Chester Vet Med Ctr gave us and our sweet Ashley. Sadly, our first encounter with this amazing Vet was with our very sick Guinea pig. My daughter (11 yrs old) and my husband brought our Ashley there a week ago and Dr. Gonzalez and his staff were nothing short of wonderful. Friendly, comforting, and educational staff! Everyone was helpful and compassionate from the moment we walked through the door. Absolutely recommend.
Sadly last night we had to say goodbye to our 18 year old cat, Missy. She stopped eating and drinking and yesterday began throwing up and losing her balance. We called West Chester and got an appointment. I can't even begin to tell you how loving, compassionate, and caring Dr Paine and ALL the staff were. We were given all the time we needed to say goodbye, not rushed at all. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We brought a very sick dog there with us. They helped us make our final decision for her with grace and compassion. It was a very difficult day but they made it easier ( if that is possible)
I have a ferret who goes here often and Dr Gonzalez is a fantastic vet! I know he is always in good hands with him as the treating vet. The West Chester Vet techs are fantastic as well! Highly recommend
