they are very thorough in their exams, even getting down on the floor with the animal in case the exam table may be a scary place for them. every one is friendly, every one loves their jobs, and of course the pets they treat!
We had booked an appointment and after over one hour wait it was still not clear how long we might have to wait. It seems, they dont care because no one even communicated the cause of delay.
I’ve had my dog there in the past and they were great. This past time they were great with him but didn’t look into the small red bumps on his skin. I asked if it could be mange and they said no, took no scrapings. Well, here I am a week later with a dog that has many bumps and scabs and losing hair. Money just flushed down the drain and a waste of my time. I was looking for the experts to help and they didn’t.
the past couple of years, almost as long as ive been with my fiancé, his dog Ace has had bad gastrointestinal issues. we have tried so many vets, medications, imaging, blood work, special diets, and nothing seems to help and no one has an answer. on Friday, we had to rush him to the emergency vet and he ended up staying there until around 8pm tonight. we chose west chester veterinary medical center, and the staff was absolutely amazing. Dr. Corey Woodcock was absolutely amazing and spent a lot of time on the phone with Adam ... read more
The staff is very friendly and the doctor is able to spend time with you and your pet. You don’t feel rushed and you can tell everyone cares. I followed Dr. Opeilski from another facility because she’s excellent. Love her!

Our "general practitioner" vet, Dr. Bob DiGregorio (Boot Road Vet Clinic) referred me to a behavioral vet, Dr. Jacqueline Wilhelmy (Metro Vet Associates), who gave me some behavior / med recommendations. She determined that a contributor to Ruby's aggressive / anxious behavior was likely pain and referred me to a rehab vet, Dr. Carrie Woodcock (West Chester V... read more
Our beloved Dr. Opielski is now part of the team and the staff just wonderful.
Martin is (hopefully) on the mend after his visit today. After not eating for two days, he returned home from his visit and went right to his food. The vet and nurse were so patient with him and gave us quality time to ensure that he was getting what he needed and felt comfortable. Everyone is so friendly and made us feel welcome. I also brought my dog Jackson in for a late night emergency appointment several months ago and was amazed not only at how friendly everyone was, but how reasonable the price was. Thank you for a pl... read more
