My husband and I brought our dog here late Saturday evening for extreme pain. From the start, they were extremely compassionate, and very attentive. When we got some unfortunate news about our puppy and that he would need to be transported somewhere else for more in depth imaging, they were so kind and gentle explaining what next steps were. Dr. Von was extremely empathetic, and was thorough in explaining next steps. The nurses and the staff were so kind, and made sure to take care of us as well after we got some tough news.... read more
They were awesome and very patient with us.. We had to put out dog down so it's wasn't the best of situations . Would highly recommend
