We all know we are in uncharted waters with COVID but this does not give anyone the right to treat anyone the way I was treated today during my children’s doctors appointment! I was refused to be present for my 2 and 6 year old doctors appointment because I was not “screened” prior to the appointment. The “screening” consists of 4 questions: 1- have you been out of the country, 2- have you traveled in the last 2 weeks, 3- do you have any COVID symptoms ,4 - do you know anyone with COVID. RecommendedStaff is always friendly and wonderful. All the Doctors, NP, Nurses are just a joy to see full of patience and kindness.
Their wait times are ridiculous! I Waited 40 minutes for my first son to get the flu shot and now I'm Back for a sick visit for my second child and we have been waiting for 30 min!!!!!! Plus they want home to stay without any clothes on....
