I have only had positive experiences with everyone at Northwoods! You guys are the best, which is why I still come to N. Charleston after moving to James Island. You always accommodate my crazy dogs weirdness with little dogs and have answered all my questions and concerns with care and kindness. This vets office is amazing! Especially during this pandemic, they’ve been especially accommodating. My dogs love visiting them! Their prices are extremely reasonable, the staff is wonderful, and the vets have always been there to answer all the questions. I can’t recommend them enough!

Took our Maltese for a ear infection recheck on Monday, the pre-instructions for social distancing safety for staff and ourselves was so helpful and clear. We arrived and called to announce the patients arrival, someone was out in just a short while, wearing masks, gloves and gown ( maybe apron😉) Tegan was safely handed off and the doctor called a few minutes later to discuss the visit as if face to face, and soon my little man was done. Everyone is so kind and compassionate with the animals and their human parents! I've been there for good visits, sick visits, and we had to bring a friend's dog in for an emergency which did not end well. The whole staff treated us as if the dog was theirs.
The best place in the world!! Everybody are so warm and caring they really made you feel like part of the family.. There is no better place to take you babies..
