When my former vet raised their prices to astronomical heights a good friend referred me to Northwoods. I had all 30 of my cats' files transferred to them. It was the best decision I've ever made. Outstanding care for my cats, an amazing staff who is extremely accommodating, and reasonable prices that afford me the opportunity to provide for my cats' care in the way they truly deserve and not just pay for emergency treatment. Highly recommended.
New pet owner first time going to the vet. They were very kind and you could really tell they cared. Talked me through everything I had to do for my sick pet. Very good experience.
Dr. J and the staff here took excellent care of my cat Winston and provided care that went above and beyond. That final decision to let your pet go is not easy but they made the process easier to go through. Thank you so much for that gift!
We brought our 16 year old cat for an appointment and had a feeling it was going to be his last. They went over and beyond for us and for Yoda. They even sent us a card all the staff signed to express their sympathy. Despite the sad news, they were incredibly caring and helpful.
