Thank you to everyone at this special place for the love and care you give to animals and their humans. Our hearts are broken that we had to say goodbye to our beloved Hermie, but you made him and us as comfortable as possible. To Dr. Tierney, Dr. Wallis, Dr. Badger, Dale, Nancy, Ashley, and everyone else checking us in and out during our many visits, we can't thank you enough. Today was our first visit with W.A Vet. & I couldn't say more great things about this place! Before I could get out of my car, someone had rushed out to help me unload my cat. I was almost 30 minutes early and they still placed us in a room as soon as we arrived. (My poor kitty was pretty distraught). They helped me clean up the mess she'd made in the carrier on the way over. They brought her a new towel and a clean, comfy bed to rest in, which was thankfully sprayed with a sedative. This is the best group of doctors around. We have very high maintenance animals with lots of medical needs and they go above and beyond. From the front desk to the vet techs to the docs, I �them all!
Not pleased to be given an estimate by phone on how much my visit would be only to be told a much higher amount at check out. And of course, no one would own up to the mistake. Will NOT be going back. Obviously not a trustworthy practice.
Last Friday I had to take in one of our barn kitties that had an awful leg injury. I walked in the door (in tears) and was instantly greeted by Michele. They took us back to a room and Tiffany came in to take the cat back to be evaluated - I knew it was bad as the leg was also de-gloved. :'( Dr. Cordoza (I hope that is correct) came in and told me the injury was severe and what the best thing for B.Kitty was. She was humanely euthanized and the doctor and Tiffany were there and made a bad situation bearable. This is a great ... read more

Got some very bad news yesterday, but felt the Dr was sensitive to what we're were feeling and have the best advice and treatment she could. Will definitely use them again.
