Due to COVID practices, the clinic charged for services that were not approved by me/owner (who is required to sit in parking lot) but told after the fact!!! I brought my pet in for a TECH appointment - "DHLPP booster" as they required (but not recommended by all vets) and "a med pick-up" -\-\ as discussed with the tech via phone. However, I was charged for: 1) a heartworm test ($42.00) and 2) a SECOND ANNUAL physical exam ($44.00) -both of which were already done last month!!!! RecommendedAll of the staff at West Ashley Veterinary Clinic are amazing!! Our two Chihuahuas love the attention they get from everyone and the CHEESE TREATS!!...Oh how they love the treats!! We also bring our cat who is not a fan of going anywhere, however she stays very calm when there due to the pheromones they utilize in every exam room. I very highly recommend these wonderful veterans and staff!
Highly recommend them to my family and friends. Professional and caring. When our dog was suffering, they showed compassion and understanding in putting her to rest and I will never forget that. ❤️
