I've been taking my pets to West Ashley Vet for 20 years. They have been compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive through emergencies, deaths, chronic issues and routine care. Dr. Badger is awesome but I've had good experiences with all of the other vets and staff.
Dr Wallis and Dr Irvin are wonderful!!! They saved my Boykins life. I followed Dr Wallis here, I just love her!!!
Dr. Tierny and all of her staff are wonderful! I am so glad our original vet in Pawleys island referred us to them when we moved to charleston

Dr. TIERNEY is amazing and has taken great care of my Scarlette Grace, the front desk always makes us feel special and Scarlette loves her Miss Natalie lots too:) for me, Scarlette Grace is the daughter that I will never have and she is my world... and knowing that she is in the best care at West Ashley Veterinary Clinic is a blessing in its self.
