I always had a fear of going to the dentist, but since I started going to West Allis Dental that has changed. From the first time I came in, they put me totally at ease. The professionalism of the doctors and assistants is superior. The office staff also has been very helpful. One other thing is they are very reasonable in the pricing of their care. I told the assistant I want a referral to get my teeth pulled and then after that I was rushed out , the Dentist that was suppose to pull the teeth walked in the room didn’t speak when he meet me ..said open your mouth and then said that would of been a easy extraction and then walked out the room! HORRIBLE

I have been going to West Allis Dental since July and love it. I have a lot of issues with my teeth and have always felt judged from other dental places which made me not want to go back, which made my issues worse. But at West Allis Dental they are great. Very honest about what work I needed done and caring when they do it. They treat everyone with the same respect no matter the type of insurance. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you West Allis Dental for making my visits pleasant and judgement free.

I've been going here for years, and would highly recommend West Allis Dental Care to anyone I know. The hygienists are all spectacular, Dr Johnson is a charm and Cam at the front desk is so fun & friendly. Great place!

Well they pulled all my teeth without making a impression first. Then when I asked them why they told me it was my fault because I didn't set up the appt. How the hell was I supposed to know. Now I've got no teeth and they still said it will be 5 weeks before I can get the dentures. I've already missed lots of events because of bring embarrassed from having no teeth. And now the new ones will not look anything like my original set. I'm beyond up set. And the ladies behind the desk were totally rude. I wouldn't recommend this... read more

I am so sorry that you feel this way. The State Insurance requires us to follow certain guidelines, such as 6 week healing period before starting impressions for dentures. There are very few Dentists that accept WI Medicaid. We are trying to get you the best results possible, therefore we are scheduling you with the best DDS/owner we have. Always greeted with a friendly hello, always happy to help & very accommodating when it's time to schedule an appointment with my busy schedule. My kids are comfortable going in for their appointments and love their dental hygienist that clean their teeth every 6 months. I always look forward to going in to see Dr. Persich & his assistant Jean as they make getting any dental procedure enjoyable.
