We adopted our Ms.Abby (aka Wildflower) from Mt. Pleasant animal shelter March 5th, the staff were very friendly. Shannon informed us of Abby's situation.. Very informative and friendly, I think she was there waiting for us to come get her :) Thank you to the shelter staff and all the awesome Volunteers!
We adopted a puppy 2 months ago and he has brought more joy to our family. The staff at the shelter were all wonderful, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this shelter to everyone.
We are loving our new cat Douglas! He loves exploring and getting brushed.
Such a wonderful experience with the adoption process of our baby boy Quincy (formerly Chase). The staff was super helpful and knowledgable and the adoption process was overall quick and easy! We couldn't be happier with our newest bundle of joy.
In January 2015, I went to mt. Pleasant animal shelter to adopt a cat. I had heard all positive feedback about this shelter. Of course I ended up adopting 2 cats!! The staff was very pleasant. I would and have referred this shelter to any one who has mentioned that they wanted to adopt a furry friend!!!
The best animal shelter I have ever been to without a doubt. The staff is amazing and really take care of those animals. I highly recommend this shelter if you are looking for a pet :)
I have been fostering kittens for mpas for almost a year. I also volunteer in other ways. This shelter is top notch in terms of cleanliness and care of the animals. They go above and beyond in every possible way. Their director Abby and her dedicated staff are all wonderful and truly care for the animals. Their lead vet tech (and foster coordinator) Alex has been a great source of support to me with the kittens I fostered. I highly recommend this shelter to anyone who wishes to adopt, foster or volunteer.
Will never adopt anywhere else I am on my second puppy from here the facilities are the cleanest most well organized shelters the animals are well treated by the staff and the medical care these animals get. The staff is friendly and caring I would give 100 stars to rate them if I could. Thank you for all you do for these animals . Sincerely ,Christine Eddy
Adopted my baby girl from here in June and they were amazing! So sweet & caring, clearly cared genuinely for the animals. My kitten was very used to being loved!
