When moving units from a smaller to bigger one they make you be homeless for a few days since move in is August 1st and they need “time to fix up your current unit” before that deadline for other people to move in there. What are you supposed to do for multiple days with no place to live? Great way to retain renters and gain positive word of mouth. Outraged for my family member having to deal with this crap. I’d find somewhere else to live. Hope this helps someone decide to not live here

It’s comical the way they will go out of their way to not give you your deposit back. I’m not even saying I deserved all of it back but for them to go rack up charges to make it an even $805 or whatever the deposit is hysterical. Edit: do you want me to post my invoice on here?

First off, the maintenance staff is great. They are quick to respond and get the issues resolved. However, don’t expect to get your full deposit back. I was present during my move-out inspection and was told I’d only be charged for carpet cleaning, estimated to be a little over $100. Just forget about getting your complete deposit back when you pack-out. They will surely find something that will make them deduct money from your deposit. They are playing games in their management office. On the day of packing out, we booked for an appointment for 0930, the inspector refused to show up. We waited till 11am, left to drop our luggage in our new apartment.
