Been here a year with multiple issues! First one of the main security gates never has been repaired. Which is a reason we moved here. Safety was a big concern. We were told we get a garage under us but a week in found no it was around the corner. This week found out the security cameras have been down for 3 years. A siding project last year was horrid, dust, debris everywhere for months on end and damaged our doorbell and concrete. Management lets anyone complain about anything and they come to you with it. When moving units from a smaller to bigger one they make you be homeless for a few days since move in is August 1st and they need “time to fix up your current unit” before that deadline for other people to move in there. What are you supposed to do for multiple days with no place to live? Great way to retain renters and gain positive word of mouth. Outraged for my family member having to deal with this crap. I’d find somewhere else to live. Hope this helps someone decide to not live here
It’s comical the way they will go out of their way to not give you your deposit back. I’m not even saying I deserved all of it back but for them to go rack up charges to make it an even $805 or whatever the deposit is hysterical. Edit: do you want me to post my invoice on here?
