It’s comical the way they will go out of their way to not give you your deposit back. I’m not even saying I deserved all of it back but for them to go rack up charges to make it an even $805 or whatever the deposit is hysterical. Edit: do you want me to post my invoice on here?

First off, the maintenance staff is great. They are quick to respond and get the issues resolved. However, don’t expect to get your full deposit back. I was present during my move-out inspection and was told I’d only be charged for carpet cleaning, estimated to be a little over $100. I accepted this, but later, more money was deducted from my deposit for a full unit clean and cat urine treatment—charges that weren’t mentioned on my carbon copy but appeared on their “original” copy (interesting because my and the inspector’s ... read more

Just forget about getting your complete deposit back when you pack-out. They will surely find something that will make them deduct money from your deposit. They are playing games in their management office. On the day of packing out, we booked for an appointment for 0930, the inspector refused to show up. We waited till 11am, left to drop our luggage in our new apartment. I stayed at Wessex for nearly two years. Very clean apartments and reasonably priced. Staff are very professional and helpful. Highly recommend this place.
