Professionalism and getting the job done. From our very first phone call and all the way through the process, we felt informed and confident that Wesley would resolve our case and get our timeshare cancelled. Our case manager Carrie was EXCELLENT!! The only down-side I can think of is that the $5,000 fee was a bit excessive. We had to take a loan from the bank to make it happen. I selected Wesley Group through an ad in the **** magazine. We were very confident that they could help us through this financial nightmare. They walked us through every detail , and encouraged us as we went along. Our closing person was very happy when things came together , and it was finally over!!! Customer service was extraordinary. WFG delivered as promised and helped us get out from under the stretched truths of the timeshare agreement. The people we worked with were very professional and provided excellent advice. Though we were a little slow to respond at times, WFG kept us to task when we needed the little push. We appreciate everything they have done for us. We'll definitely recommend them to others.

Roy and Carol W******** - Within 3 months of signing up with the Wesley Group we received a response from our timeshare company. Six weeks latter they sent us a release from our contract. The entire procedure was handled with courtesy and willingness to help. Thank you Wesley Group! !
