My experience with Wesley was the best I've had with any business in a very long time. They made us feel like we were personally important to them from day one. They were honest and delivered what they promised - in LESS time than expected. My agent, Lauren G***, went far and above the call of duty. She made us feel like family and was always quick to respond to our needs. She did an excellent job in getting our timeshare issue resolved quickly.

I found Wesley Financial group to be professional, compassionate and diligent in their dealings with me. They did what they said they were planning to do when they said they would. The lines of communication were open every step of the way. Their knowledge of the business process was comforting because I always knew what to expect. Ariel and Sabrina were friendly and helpful every step of the way. A great burden has been lifted from my shoulders with their assistance.

I am so glad I found wesley financial group. After years of trying to sell my timeshare, their knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate staff have been great. Each phase specialist has been great. Makensi just informed me that I am moving to the closing team, so there's light at the end of the tunnel! Thank you all, and I'm glad you have helped by taking on the stress so I could start moving on with my life.

Just about done; now in final stages on two owned locations and a carryover note of $45,000 that includes over 4600 points; all in all over 17 years with an "investment" of over $175,000 including maintenance fees. I was in the "Chairmen's Club (most elite-and I still had trouble getting the vac I wanted without being 2 years in advance !). Been about 4 months and we are now in the final stages of deeding all back to the timeshare company (which they have formally agreed to). Janet S Wesley Financial did exactly what they told me they would do. It did take a while like they told me, but the result was worth the wait!! The staff was very friendly and kept me informed through the process. I especially want to thank Carrie **** for the exceptional work she did on our behalf although she had to work from home she didn't miss a beat!! Thank you for helping us get out of the nightmare we were in we are grateful for your service.

Wesley help us out immensely. We received a cancellation letter from our time share within 4 months. No more maintenance fees, no more loan payments! Wesley group has great people and communicated with use thru the entire process. They did exactly what they said they would do in getting us out of time share ownership.

I am thankful to Wesley Financial Group for getting me out of a horrible time share situation. They receive 5 stars from me! Many years ago, I bought a *************** timeshare and owned it for 15 years before being notified that ******* had purchased that company. The notice said my previous contract was null and void. I was asked to attend a new meeting to learn about the changes, and this lasted 4 hours.
