I am not sure where to start but will state I am very pleased with the customer service provided by WFG. I will admit that I was a bit leery at the onset due to having an excellent credit rating but was pleased to receive professional correspondence from Charmaine (she was the initial associate) and later from Daniel. Once I was able to fully trust the process all went well and my anxiety subsided. WFG did what they said and I am ECSTATIC to receive the notice I've been waiting on since the process started. THANK YOU!!

Our experience with Wesley Financial Group has been a very successful one. We found them to be upfront and honest about everything they said they could do about our timeshare contract. I must say the experience I had was very painless. All the information was given to me in great detail, they definitely under promised and over delivered which I totally appreciate. Took way less time then anticipated and was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would highly recommend Wesley Financial Group to anyone who is looking to get out of their time share.

I could not have picked a better company to work with on terminating my ownership of my timeshare. The timeshare company did not want to let my membership go but with the persistence of the Wesley staff they finally gave in and let us out of our contract. When I was in doubt about how this would work they stayed with me and told me it will work just sometimes it takes time more time than you want but their results in the end were right. I highly recommend this company.

I am amazed! It seemed like Zakia and I had just discussed my situation, and I got a notification that my timeshare has released me. If her work effort and results are typical of Wesley Financial I hit a homerun in getting her and in choosing Wesley! I consider myself blessed and relieved to have this nightmare resolved. We took the chance with Wesley, but were confident after reading reviews that were positive. It was costly but we can tell you confidently there can be no better company to deal with. They were there every step of the way and answered all our questions quickly. They did a lot of the footwork after we initially laid out our reasons for wanting to terminate our contract.
