After realizing we had made a big mistake by buying a timeshare we looked for someone to help us get out it. We even called the time share to get some help but our plea fell on deaf ears. I would like to start by saying what a honest upfront group of individuals that Wesley financial makes up. These folks have been by our side every step of the way from the intake department to closing, this has been an experience that we would not have been able to attain on our own. The process is lengthy, it can be tumultuous, and scary and they have literally held our hands through the whole process. We had been trying to get out of the Timeshare for a while when I noticed an advertisement in **** magazine relative to Wesley Financial helping to get us out of the time share. After the initial process, we were introduced to Meredith E**** who drafted letters, advised us how to handle collection calls, kept in contact with us at least every 30 days, was quick to respond to any emails or calls I may have had.
