We were pleasently suprised by the response from this company. We are a family of 4 who owned 2 timeshares, so it was a little complicated. They gave us the guidance to enable us to get "deedbacks" for both contracts. Julie H. was our facilitator who responded to our inquiries and guided us through the corrispondence.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are everything they advertise themselves as in the TV commercials. I have to give very high marks to our contact Julie G***** who has gone above and beyond in helpings get rid of our timeshare. It is people like her that it makes it very simple to work with in such a time when timeshare companies make it impossible for the timeshare owner. Thank you again Julie G*****.
