We were very pleased with the WFG and their employees who walked us through getting out of our timeshare. Everyone we spoke to was polite, professional, personable and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We had 508,000 points, which we paid dearly for over the years, but we just got tired of maintenance fee increases with no warning. The VP who called thought he had us roped into their scheme to make a lot of money from us in return for promising to cancel our time share. There were so many red flags we declined to sign. After a few futile tries to get out of our timeshare my wife and I heard about Wesley Financial and their guarantee of 100% money back if they cannot get you out of the timeshare. Everyone we have spoken to and dealt with has been honest, direct, informative, and caring from the start.
