Left a $500.00 Deposit on 4/28/2022 at Wesley Chapel Toyota with sales person Caroline Arell to order a Toyota Highlander Platinum model. I found out dealership MSRP for the car was $500.00 over MSRP that Toyota Lists that model for. Also I was charged $599.00 for Perma Plate and $1595 for pro pack package , I already had added installed accessories that covered many of those items. I'm in the market for a Toyota Camry, I had been emailing with Christine Rodriguez a "manager" At WC Toyota. I had spoke to Village Toyota and Sun Toyota. Village Toyota did send me a price work sheet and added about 2K for an advantage warranty. I was emailing Christine and asked her twice if they require the advantage warranty. She said no, all the fees were on the spec sheet she sent me. There were two charges on the spec sheet $699 for Toyogaurd Platinum and $209 for two USB ports. Up Date..... I called the Manager back like he asked after seeing my review. His response was, Not sure what you want us to do at this point. You should have purchased an extended warranty. It's not a Toyota so we don't take care of the recalls ,broken motor mount or worn out belts. Said... it must have passed our inspections. Said... it is what it is, you drive it till you can't, even if it's a few months.. Again said... not sure what you want us to do for you.!! Worst car dealership I have EVER dealt with!! July of this year I traded in my financed 2020 toyota corolla with 22000 miles, spotless with no issues. When signing the papers I even mentioned to the finance manager how I wanted my agreement printed out on paper rather than a usb card as well as how there was a lot less papers to sign is there a reason for that? This is the worst dealership I have every been too. They take advantage of young adults trying to buy there first car. They give you one payment and interest and then tell you that the bank said it had to be more. This is after you have had it a week and they have given you no copies of paperwork. After being called and email almost daily. STAY AWAY NOT WITHT THE HEAD ACHE!!!!!

The hardest part of buying a car is the typical old school manipulative dealership, and this dealership operate just like that. I called to ask if a vehicle is in stock which the salesman told me on the phone it is. Great, just send me a picture because there is nothing online just to make sure. I purchased a used 2016 Lincoln Navigator on 7/13/21. Initially I was very pleased with my sales person Kelsey Nash and the entire process. I cannot say no enough to this place! First off, I want to say Alyssa is amazing! Second, the sales manager, Matt is the best! That's really the only good thing about this place. I agreed on a price of a vehicle and was asked to go through their finance team to see their rate even though I already was pre-approved at a fantastic rate. They promised to mail us our 500 mail rebate (sales person Ness) texts to prove this conversation. Then he called us to tell us it was taken out of the deal without our knowledge and to make it up to us he'd, mail us a gift card. This gift card was never received. Poor customer service.
