Highly, highly recommend Dr. Werner. He is amazing and has amazing staff. He was out of network for my insurance so the insurance is covering way less then if he was in network. Hands down, I will pay the extra money to continue using him for our orthodontic needs. You get what you pay for here! This man truly cares about his clients. Thank you so much Dr. Werner for your services.

Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did the orthodontist give you a good idea of what the final results would look like? Absolutely Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified
