Yes Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did the orthodontist give you a good idea of what the final results would look like? Absolutely Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
