**Horrible Experience – Rude and Unprofessional** I had the worst experience at Wendy’s Star Nail. The staff here are *incredibly rude and unprofessional*. When I asked the technician for shorter nails, they outright *refused* and told me it would look *ugly*! Instead of listening to what I wanted, they pushed their own preference on me, which was completely unacceptable. My friend visited this place today, and it was a huge disappointment. She was hoping to find a convenient spot close to home, but instead, she was met with aggressive and rude staff. They rushed through her nails with no attention to detail, leaving them completely messed up. When she politely expressed her dissatisfaction, they became aggressive and even yelled at her, showing a shocking lack of professionalism and basic respect.
