not the one off of 81 in Chambersburg if you want to eat at a restaurant that three out of four tables are already dirty the floor is so disgusting when you walk on there were two adults four children it was so nasty even the kids noticed
RecommendedAs far as fast food places go, I’d choose Wendy’s over most others.
Unfortunately the chances of getting the correct sandwich at this location has less odds than the lottery. Every time I decide to give this location another chance, I am disappointed to get back to work to find that the sandwich is not what was order. I order chicken so it’s hard to tell until you got until you are eating it (spicy/not spicy).
the food was Dry tasting and bec of this i will never buy another hamburger from any wendy's AGAIN! !! THIS IS THE 3RD disappointment and my last!!!
Asked for 2 Jr. Hamburgers. When I got my sandwiches went back sat down opened up it was a cheeseburger. The receipt stated Jr. Hamburger. The person putting them together did even look at the screen to see what the order was Why do fast food workers assume everyone wants cheese. When I took them back up the line person looked at me disgustedly that I had to inconvenience her to correctly put together to Jr. hamburgers.
This Wendy’s doesn’t have a clue of the meaning of “fast food”. I have experienced nothing but disappointment every time I visit this particular Wendy’s. After tonight’s experience, I vowed never to step foot in the door of this particular store again! There is nothing but utter chaos, along with bickering amongst the employees! The employees are disrespectful and very unprofessional! It’s really sad that this particular store has developed this reputation!
My mom got a bacon cheese burger and baked potato. her bacon and cheese had a long dark brown hair on it. when she called the manager acted like it was nothing. when we showed up in person one guy said oh their here to her and she acted like she couldn't see us. she kept moving around with her long hair swinging around behind her and around the food.. she didn't apologize for nothing. where is the customer service at??? I think people need to rethink going to Wendy's chambersburg Wayne ave..
