I just tried to get Wendy's and waited in the nonexistent line for a couple minutes. No one ever came on the intercom to welcome us or attempt to take our order. This is not the first, second or even third time this has happened. I keep giving them a chance but am disappointed because when it's 20-15 min before closing they don't want to take orders. I'm sitting across the st at taco bell instead. I've seen about 3 cars already drive off from their drive thru
Went through the drive-thru tonight. Hubby ordered an Asiago Ranch Chicken Club, with no lettuce or tomato (food allergies/sensitivities). Got home and it was ONLY lettuce and tomato on a piece of chicken. No bacon or cheese. They also gave me the wrong soda. Called to see if we could get the sandwich replaced. Guy on the phone seemed annoyed, and asked if I had a receipt. I said "No, we weren't given one." He paused, sighed and said, "OK... we can help you with that, I guess." "You GUESS???" This location takes forever, you have to repeat your order 5-6 times and they still mess it up! Sitting in the drive thru lane, 20 minutes and counting. Poor guy who has been sitting in front of us has been waiting to pay for 10 minutes.
Last three times I’ve been there they have screwed up my order causing me to have to drive back, first two times was in the drive through. Lady actually kept me there extra long to tell me about the survey and to post how great they were doing. Fail. This tome I went inside. Ordered the same two burger order I always get. Staple menu items. Got wrong burgers. Done. Will never return.

RecommendedI recommend this Wendy’s location, they are on point with fresh burgers most the times I go through here and they never really mess up my order. The one is Essexville I have a problem with literally every single time and the burgers are always literally pitch black. Most the time I roll thru this wilder store grab a burger bite into it and see a nice brown hot burger steaming back at me cheese dripping. after trying to order with the cashier I was told I could only order through the kiosks after placing our orders and waiting 25 minutes our food was made incorrectly and had to be redone I forgot to add the three baked potatoes to the meal they said they did not get added to the receipt SAR offered to pay for them cashier told me not to worry about it and asked me what I wanted in the potatoes he made them and said not to worry about him then said he was going to have to charge me for a junior fry then decided that I should ... read more
