For the past few years we have taken out a Maintenance Agreement with Welsch to help prevent any unexpected repairs we might have. Every time we have the guys come out they are very professional. We have had Rich B a few times and he is very professional and explains everything to us. I would recommend Welsch for all your Heating and A/C needs.

Rich B. Is an outstanding service representative. This is a caring person who takes great pride in his work. Lots of explanations so we civilians understood what went wrong with our HAVC. The work was done professionally and exactly to the quote we were given ahead of time. I have been using Welsch Heating and Cooling for a while and they have always been professional in servicing my new furnace and AC that they installed a couple of years ago. Chris Service my AC unit yesterday found a small problem and repaired it. Chris also check thermostat to make sure all the setting was correct. The Thermostat must have 9000 setting it is one of the new computize internet connect thermostat that looks like a small tablet computer on the wall. I had another company doing my clean and check and they messed up my cooling system. I called Welsch, who had installed the system for the builder, and they fixed the problem in no time. From now on I will only use Welsch. Lesson learned.

We have used Welsch Heating and Cooling for over 22 years, and we have always been impressed by the professionalism and competency of their service people. Seth D. has been servicing our furnace and AC recently, and he is simply the best! Professional, friendly, and he goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect. Seth recently installed a humidifier for us, and I felt like the education I received was as valuable as the actual humidifier.
