Welsch Heating installed all the heating and cooling in our house, that was 13 years ago and we have always used them for all our check-ups. They are always professional and beyond. Brian C was so helpful and a really nice guy! In a time where it's get them in and get them out, we never feel like that when someone from Welsch comes, and Brian was certainly representative of that!

I have always received good service from Welsch. Today Brian C. came for my annual furnace service. He was very professional, yet friendly. He happened to arrive at a moment of crisis, as the float broke off of my sump pump just a few minutes before. He was extra patient, and even looked at it to give me his opinion whether it could be repaired, or if he agreed with me that I needed a new pump. It only took a few minutes, but it I was thankful, as I know he has a busy schedule. His customer service was exemplary.

Do not use this company! They installed our upstairs air unit with 2 sides 1inch away from our house which did not allow air to get pulled through properly. 2 years ago they admitted it was wrong, came out and moved it but we've had nothing but problems year after year with this unit (after it was not functioning properly for 5 years due to improper installation). They will not offer any discount on parts or services when they should have given me a whole new unit 2 years ago. Very disappointed!
