I am an over 10 year customer of Welsch and first time reviewer. I would like to thank Mike Henerby (sp?) and his team for the work they recently did on our home. I have been trying to figure out a problem with our fireplace and Welsch had previously helped us with work on our chimney cap after a storm. Mike was patient with me while trying to understand our current issue. It took a couple conversations but he was able to send a team to figure out our longstanding issue! I purchased a prepaid serviced plan, but when I called to schedule service today, I was told I would have to wait SIX WEEKS! It seems like for customers who pay in advance they could get out a little sooner. So I sent a message and Denise got right on it and found a more acceptable time for me.

Your company is great! Last July we had our entire heating and cooling system replaced by you. Today we had an issue with a breaker that tripped. Your serviceman Chris S. came right out and thoroughly inspected, checked, and explained everything. Great service and servicemen. Thank you

Sub-par service from beginning to end. From the sales person providing different information as the installers, the installers leaving a mess in the basement, to the inspection process being messed up. I gave 3 stars because other than leaving a mess in the basement, the installers were nice and so far the HVAC system that was installed is working well. I wish I could say, at least the price was a good deal, but even that was on par with most everyone else we got quotes from.

Welsh Heating And Cooling Are The Best Wouldn't Use Anyone Else. The Staff Is Always Professional Courteous And Friendly. They Fixed My Air Conditioner When Two Other Companies Could Not. Thanks Denny Turlin And Team !

Last week, Welsch installed a new heating and cooling system for our condo. They spent two days with us, making sure everything was installed and working properly. Rich Batchelder was not only knowledgable, but tenacious in his ability to problem-solve issues that came up during the process. He was not about to leave without making sure our system was up to his high standards and our expectations! We are confident that we will be using Welsch for our maintenance needs for many years to come.
