Edit #1 I left this blank originally and wasn't going to go provide detail originally, but seems like they left a response, so will respond here as well. I scheduled an annual physical with them. They mentioned that my insurance didn't cover the annual physical, so I left within minutes. I rescheduled an annual physical a few months later. When I returned for an annual physical, they were insistent on charging me for a full doctor visit for the previous few minutes (not exactly "high- quality" or "patient-centered care"). Everyone was just wonderful from the receptionist, doctor and the great nurse who found my vein on the 1st try to get blood, great experience
