I would like to thank the surgery team from this morning with Dr. French. I forgot some names, but thank you to the kind nurses. I think their names were Katrina and Sandra. They made my anxiety go away and made me smile. The IV didn’t hurt much either. Thank you to Brandon, from the anesthesia team, who helped me stay relaxed. Do not go to this emergency room for anything unless you have no choice. I went there this morning with a fractured wrist. I saw a PA not an M.D. and I was given ibuprofen for my pain and sent on my way. My husband is paraplegic and I have to take care of him at nights and weekends. I explained that to them, and they treated me like a third class citizen seeking drugs to get high. I went in there 5 years ago with severe back and hip pain and could barely stand and asked them to please X-ray me. They refused and sent me home ... read more
I have been in their ER several times and the staff was friendly and attentive, although I had an argument regarding my cell phone.No electronic devices are allowed.
This place is amazing! I had my son in Savannah on 9-7-17 during hurricane Irma and my hospital evacuated us to wellstar. My son was in the NICU for the first week of his life and had the absolute best care while he was there. The hospital even allowed my husband and I to stay at the hospital so we were right down the hall from our son. The also fed us three meals a day, amazing food and people! Never have I ever in the last 12 years of living in Alpharetta, Georgia been treated the way I was treated last night on 09/13/17 by the staff at North Fulton.
