There are too many horrible experiences to list both in ER and on the floor. However the care in ICU was fantastic. My husband was sent out of ICU and became worse . He went back again a week later and was about to be sent home but our private doctor was able to push him to get admitted. A short time after being on the floor he was rushed to ICU and remained there for a week. After being on the floor he was admitted to rehab. RecommendedThis hospital is so clean and so accommodating. My daughter had to have surgery here and have her tonsils removed yesterday. I was very nervous and all the nurses and all the staff were so doting on me and my daughter that they calmed me down and made me feel better about the entire experience. Our discharge nurse ,Michelle, was beyond amazing! She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and then some! She answered any question I would ask no matter how silly they were. This ER Staff here is amazing!!! I mean everyone is happy here and excited to make things better. I’ve never experienced such generosity in an ER in my 35 years of living. I’m in the hospitality industry and exceed customer service expectations daily and it feels great to have it reciprocated!! I’m all for recognition so my hats off to... I was taken into the ER a few days ago. About two hours before I was triaged and I was taken into a room with dividers and chairs to sit on. Another hour and a half later the staff finds me, nobody knew where I had been placed. Fast forward, my doctor was exceptional. She was very sweet. However, my nurse was not. I forewarned her that I was a cry baby when it came to needles. When she stuck me, I knew she rolled my vein. Second time in the ER here. Staff is cold. Both times I went were a complete waste of time and money. Received no help whatsover. I've had better results with Georgia Urgent Care across the street and my Internal Medicine Dr is amazing...Bitan Ghosh off Mansell. Unless you are bleeding to death or have a broken bone don't waste your time. Suffer through it until you can see your regular doctor because this place is not going to help you.
Sat in ER for 17 hours without seeing a Dr! I went this long without being monitored or medicated... Basically just sitting there racking up a hospital bill and not being treated! Horrible care! Rude nurses! ����
Omg!!! The friggin doctor don't have time to read the Echo results!!! He told my mom he has 20 patients and she's gonna have to get the results from her heart doctor!!!!! Holy shit.These doctors get paid tons of money and they treat their patients like shit!!!!! They told my mom she can go home!!!!
