Some of the nicest medical staff I have ever dealt with:-) Just don't eat, lol.
I had to go the the ER back in December and needed emergency surgery. Everyone was so attentive and caring. I spent 8 days post op on the surgical floor where I got great care. I had to go back for a planned second surgery last week, and got the same excellent care. Seeing a lot of familiar faces on the surgical floor made recovery that much easier. I guess the worst thing I have to say is that the thermostats in each room are not great, and make it very hard to maintain and even temperature.
Just wanted to say that I had to make a visit to the ER to North Fulton hospital this past Sunday and I would like to personally thank the staff members who were on that morning/afternoon. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt a genuine concern for my health. Ivan (The coolest triage nurse), Jennifer (sweetest cat scan technician), Shannon (amazing ER nurse), Tom (awesome nurse who took my blood), Dr. David Cohen (The kindest neurologist) and Dr. Coker (very informative ER doctor) were all Absolutely wonde... read more
That was such a pleasant experience even though I broke my foot. The doctors and nurses were very knowledgeable and compassionate. The wait time was maybe 10 minutes. Overall a wonderful experience. I thank them all very much.
My husband had a terrible accident and his thumb partially amputated. What they prescribed for his pain was a JOKE. They prescribed TYLENOL for a basically amputated thumb. We didnt even see a doctor at the ER. We saw a PA. They care more about taking a payment from you rather than treating the patient.
Great experience, staff very friendly and professional. Pre and post operative care excellent. Highly recommended!
My husband was refered to a hospital while at physician office yesterday morning. Due to insurance specifications (new insurance) this was the closest to our location. Very pleased with communication security and overall friendliness of everyone. Immediate care and attention given. Dr and staff very friendly and informative. I recommend this facility. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
If I reviewed on communication skills alone, they would get no stars! The nursing staff was very kind and helpful but my father who has advanced dementia was there for over three weeks including a stay in rehab and they couldn't seem to understand that he was not capable of making decisions about his care and was not able to give consent for procedures. The medical Power of Attorney was on file from the second day (I was with him the entire first 24 hours) and they would still ask him questions and ask him to sign forms even... read more
Free parking is great. Staff is friendly and nice. Limited resources (e.g. physical therapists), particularly over the weekend.
