I had gastric by pass on 2/7/17 and I go for my post op appointment on the 16th.. I started this journey on Oct 6th 2016 and I have absolutely fallen in love with Dr jp and his team.. I have never felt so comfrontable around Dr's as I do them... Dr jp is wonderful I will recommend him and his team to anyone...

It was the hardest decision I have ever made. It was the hardest thing I have ever been through. I was the best decision I have ever made. Dr JP and his staff are Awesome. I love Dr JP and Katrice very much.
A little over a year ago, I underwent gastric bypass surgery that was performed by Dr. Dennis Smith and Dr Pierre. On the day of my surgery, I weighed 445 lbs. Today, I weigh 245 lbs and I'm continuing to lose! I cannot say how thankful I am to Dr. Smith and Pierre, but also the dieticians and support staff for all their help by educating me in how to eat better and make proper food choices. You all have helped me help myself, and for that I will always be grateful. Thanks so much!
