Horrible hospital! Long waits, and no one knows what's going on at any given time! My husband and I both have had horrible experiences with this hospital after separate car accidents. I had a concussion, which they never told me, and my husband had a dislocated should, which they never told him.
I really wanted to give it negative five stars. Avoid this hospital at all cost. The only reason why I came to this hospital cause it's near my house. For the last two hours of waiting in the ER a lady who I can see truly need immediate medical attention sit in the lobby cry very loud in pain. They said there is no room ready for her....at least they could give her something for the pain Then they say I might be seen cause I don't have my co-payment of 250. I had my two children with this group and never had a problem until I had a miscarriage over the weekend. I called the office on a Monday to schedule an appointment as directed by the ER doctor. They had no appointments available for Monday so I scheduled one for Tuesday. I go into the office on Tuesday to find out that the person I scheduled the appointment with scheduled it for the wrong day! So true my mother is currently there and they keep asking me why are you letting your mom suffer. She is breathing on her own no tubes nothing. I stated to Dr Osinubi what do you want me to do crawl on top of her and smother her with a pillow! No one ever tells you anything. I called today to speak with the charge nurse because they want to amputate her leg they stated gangrene. This has to be the worst hospital in Ga...what hospital gives u a narcotic and sits u back in the waiting area???n to top that patient need a ultrasound and has to wait until they are called at home to come in to do it..Wth??never been any were like this and hope I never will
Heaven help us all! They threw away my radiology report before I could pick it up, they refused to send me another copy, then, they also didn't send a copy to my physician's office per the instructions on the x-ray order! I have called 4 times today and no one answers at the switchboard. When I stopped by to pick up my report the first time, I had to wait for the receptionist to finish a personal phonecall.
