The facility is filthy. Someone had just finished changing a paitent and dropped feces on floor, it was not cleaned up. Therefore when the floor was waxed, they waxed over the feces. The nurses and doctors do not communicate with the status or treatment of the paitent with family members well. You have to constantly ask what they are doing.
