Worst experience ever with trying to get home loan... 2 weeks wasted due to loan advisor ****** ********* didnt know requirements for the loan he offered. Local credit union should have been my first stop. Only called since they currently have my current mortgage. Wi never use wells Fargo again.( also have 700$ I know have to wait 2-4 weeks to get back
Wells Fargo changed my insurance without my knowledge and raised my mortgage $173 dollars a month a it took 6 months to get the insurance changed back. I paid 173 extra for 6 months!!! And never got reimbursed.
I prefer to not write reviews, but I am beyond over working with Wells Fargo. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Our loan was sold to them by our initial loan company in September 2019. In October, we received our first statement, but the amount owed was different (less) than what the initial loan company had told us to pay in order to account for the difference in taxes between an unimproved lot in 2019 and improved lot in 2020. Worst experience ever. Patrck R is an incompetent loan officer and because of him I will be leaving Wells Fargo bank after 26 years.
It should have NO stars. The worst home mortgage company I ever dealt with. For starters they will do NOTHING to help out their existing customers. Instead they run you around sending you from department to department dealing with multiple representatives who seem absolutely clueless about their profession. Just want to start off with saying that I have been banking with Wells Fargo since the Wachovia days. I have had disputes with them over the years and every time it comes down to it they always place blame on another department. It never gets resolved. This time it was about the PMI insurance that they make you buy with a new home. I have had my home reevaluated 3 times with my own money with finally after the 3rd time they accepted after a 2 1/2 month turnover while I had to pay the insurance as they took their time saying ... read more
My loan closed several years ago...and yesterday I received a letter from WF and an interest 'refund' that was missed at the time of my loan. Due to the potential for this being a scam, I called WF...and they were at best indifferent to my request for validation/refute of the letter. How difficult can it be to quickly determine IF the check is legit or not?? Wells Fargo is taking my mother to court over my sisters house. My sister passed away and my mother is not on the mortgage papers anywhere , my sister was the only person on that house and she never had a will so why are they going after my mom
