they towed a car that was sitting in their parking lot that belong to a young kid who is not financially sure how he's going to get his car back now and there was no one in the parking lot but they said they had to get rid of it for a room there is never cars in the back parking lot there is 40 rows and there has never even been four cars in the past year that I have scene in the back parking lot at once in over a year that I've lived here this is so ridiculous I cannot even believe it

You'll never reach real person. I'm on hold for over an hour! While I was on hold I sent a message online hoping someone will pick up my call but that didn't happen. Their customer service is worse than ATT/Comcast...LOL
I was here yesterday, so my daughter could make a deposit. The twit teller refused service then cried to the branch mgr about feeling "uncomfortable".The mgr ushered us out the door and after helping to resolve the atm issue, refused to shake my hand. I felt like I was slapped in the face. I said, "we are not lepers" and got in the car. I will never do business there again.

I recently opened a Wells Fargo account and I made a large deposit to my account. four days later I called the Automated System and my money was not in my account. I went to the Branch and the Manager very casually told me he could not deposit my money back into my account right away because he was busy. He said the Money was deposited into the wrong account and that later he would call and have it transferred back to my account..
