Worst bank in Clinton...never been to another wells Fargo that had customer service as terrible as this one...plus they NEVER answer their phones...i hate this bank...thank God they are being closed!
This is the absolute worst bank in the city of clinton nc...and has been since Teresa Key retired...she was the ONLY ONE WHO EXHIBITED CUSTOMER SKILLS...they have the least caring or concerned bank employees who ever existed! I am thrilled it is closing!
This bank is quite literally the worst bank in our town. It used to be fine, even a couple years ago it was okay. Now it's an absolute tragedy. I'm not sure what happened. There's an obvious staffing issue, the tellers that work there literally slave away by themselves serving a line wrapped around the building on a constant basis, because there are only enough tellers to have one in the bank at a time. this bank stole my grand father’s check and reported it fraud just because he’s 80 years old, shame on this bank and the staff.. after 1 month of going back and forth with this bank, they lost the check and couldn’t find it. The manager was no help and didn’t help in finding the check at all. Literally lost the check and didn’t help find it… really sad.
