In 2 days (Aug 22 & Aug 23) I spoke to 7 Advisors' representatives and spend hours on the phone being transferred back and forth simply trying to link an account. Last 5 representatives told me 5 different stories (each giving new explanation) why I cannot link my account. I received 2 trial deposits from Advisors but was not able to enter them in on their website to complete verification, hence had to call for help. Wells Fargo Advisors. My parents have a trust in which I have power of attorney to conduct and pay accounts. One of the last things we have done after my father died was to check with Wells Fargo Advisors on the stocks my dad had. Back in 2013 we did all the paperwork required by them to allow me to sell these stocks when I decided to. I kept all the forms and contacts with Wells Fargo back in 5-20-13. I have attempted to take some of my own money out for 7 days now. I have had to email, fax, and call for 5 out of the 7 days. I still do not have my money from my cash account! I have had this issue 3 times! each time it is the same thing they put you on hold sometimes for hours they say they will call you back and do not then its oh we need this paper faxed even after faxing it 4 times! and yes they said they received it but need it again. I have Treasury Bill that is being held by Wells Fargo Bank. The Bill is not equity but I am being charged an equity service charge that has increased over the years and it is now out of control! About 12.5% I understand that I must pay for a management service but the cost has increased from $40/year to currently $125 dollars this year. When I complained to Wells Fargo they listed all of the reasons people are charged a fee...only one applied to me..an accounting fee.
