I can’t even begin to explain how bad this place is. Nobody should be investing with this company at all. I want to close all of my accounts so bad and walk away from Wells Fargo although for some reason my monies been on hold for days on end and they keep saying that it’s gonna be this day and then this day and then this date. So I am completely done, and if I had the money to go up against a company like that. I would try and sue them. I feel trapped and I feel as if I have zero options.

**** ****** Wells Fargo advisor, was the biggest joke I have ran across. He will take all of the dividends you make. Then when you question him he will insult you. Bad person all around.

I think Wells Fargo/Auto Finance is a very dishonest bank. I financed a car through this bank back in 2017 with payments of 72 months. My car should have been paid off September 11th 2022. Due to an illness, I had 3 payments put in the "rears" to be paid at the end of this contract. I will pay October's payment this month and then two more as agreed. I am the president of an *********************** (HOA) and our reserve funds (a considerable sum of money) are held in an account with Wells Fargo Advisors. After a Board change we have been trying to access our funds for more than a year. This Bank is unresponsive to our multiple requests to add new board members to the account. Impossible to do business with. Move your money to a real bank. I've spent countless hours on hold, being hung up on, and given the run around attempting to remove my deceased wife's name from a joint Wells Fargo Advisors account. Finally got a real person on the phone who is supposed to send paperwork via email. I suspect they will still fail to accomplish the task.

My father passed away 3 years ago with a brokerage account. In the initial conversations, Wells denied that this account existed and insisted that my family had received all of his funds. Once I was able to provide an account number forwarded from a letter sent to his previous address, the conversation moved on. Since that time, the company has consistently manufactured new requirements, beyond those assigned, in order to delay processing of this account and distributing those funds to my family... with 2 accounts now remain... read more

These ****** actually tried to frame me for sexually motivated crimes. They found out they were wrong now their trying to cover it up. They call me up and say anything they want. I prove them wrong and its all boo hoo on their part. This bank is as bad as they say,*****************

A string of mistakesafter the first one, the advisor apologized, yet continued to make them and assure me my issue would be resolved. Day after day, it was not. Im in the process of removing my money from this institution. Ive lost all confidence that competent people are employed there.

I was with WF wealth advisors for several years. Im retired and they handled my brokerage accounts. Out of the blue they terminated their advisory services, leaving all the investments they set up in limbo. I had just met with my advisor a few weeks ago. I wrote to the advisor to find out what was going on and he had nothing to offer about why I was terminated, and what to do going forward. Ive been disappointed with all the bad press coming out about WF. So I guess it isnt all that bad that Im forced to go elsewhere.
