Wells Fargo brokerage has made it difficult to transfer funds from your brokerage account to another institution. Every time I have tried, there is some computer glich that their "representatives" can never fix. The system always has some sort of problem when I try to transfer. I'm sure if I was transferring to another Wells Fargo account, there would be NO Problem.

After submitting all corresponding documents showing Eastern's Auto committed the fraud Wells Fargo also determined it happened. Months of waiting since supposedly dealership was unresponsive, the final determination was Wells Fargo will credit me $25 or dealership agreed to cancel the loan and take the truck back but I was out all the payments made thus far? Very poor customer service! They give you the run around and their customer service reps are rude and argumentative, very unprofessional. I paid off my auto loan just to cut any ties with them.

In my opinion, Wells Fargo Advisors is a very self-serving organization. Instead of working with you to achieve your goals, they tell you what is best for you and if you don't agree, they don't care and will encourage you, through various means, to move your business somewhere else (at a very high transfer fee I might add). It's like if they aren't making a $500 commission on every stock transaction, they aren't interested in working with you. I have had my funds invested with Wells Fargo for the past few years and was a member of the Private Bank. I was treated very well while I was in the Private Bank, but it's been a crash landing to try to leave. In November of 2018 I decided to move my funds to Personal Capital to save 0.4% on the monthly investment fees (was 1.2% but will be 0.8% at Personal Capital). Wells Fargo Advisors Solutions account for minors will not let my grand daughter close the account after she reached the age of 21. They claimed she had to have a guardian sign for her. The guardian on record pass away 6 years ago. The law states she does not need a guardian. After double talk and several calls no results after 2 years.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for over a decade. Wells Fargo unauthorized my account for their "e BillPay" Service in Jan 2018. In Jan 2018 my account was hacked. The hacker added their fraudulent contact information to my account and was able to download my information. The hacker also wired money using Wells Fargo eBillPay service to their account. I have a student loan through wells fargo that I pay days early monthly and some how I end up with late fees monthly! I would never do business with this company again. Horrible horrible business practices and treatment of customers.

Hello my name is *******. I’ve been trying to reach a supervisor with the brokerage department and playing a game of phone tag. I’m disappointed in the service given to me by Wells Fargo and as a long time customer I’m debating on changing banks. My brokerage was charged $95 to close and nothing/no help was given to me so the account was removed and placed elsewhere. Paying $95 to get no help is a ridiculous fee to be charged!
