They was very amazing and helpful!!
I scheduled my appointment for 8:20 am I walked into the urgent care at 8:15 and sat there for almost 45 minutes wasn’t told a single thing why I had to wait that long. And I have register again when I got there. Now I left cause I don’t have time to wait there. Do better Urgent Care.
Showed up 35 minutes before they close and was told they’re only accepting appointments. I explained my 5 year old was running a fever of 103 and was actively puking in their parking lot and was told they really not supposed to go outside of the appointments… absolute shame for medical professionals to deny a sick child over technicalities like that.
Quick and easy and even walk ins and taken care of fast for me it was within the hour and I was in and out and doing the setup process from your phone was nice and easy and everyone there was nice and polite a d cared about my well being
Thanks to the urgent care staff in Niagara Falls ny I was taken care of very well they are very knowledgeable and I was transferred to the hospital bc of a fracture in my back and the team handle me with great care and I thank them for all their help and i highly the before visiting the er
