The back of the house staff was amazing from the nurse that triaged my daughter to the nurse that treated her, however the front of house staff not so much I walked in and greeted the two women that where at the front neither of them said hi back then looked at me and continued on there conversation
I always liked this location but their receptionist that they have on especially today was not only rude but I work in customer services well and I would always tell somebody to have a great day especially in a medical center this woman literally hung up on me for asking to speak to the doctor about a visit that I just had but that's okay she must work Sunday so I'll make sure I don't ever deal with her on a Sunday again
I’m usually very happy not today I had a schedule appointment for today at 7:24pm .I received a text message at 7:15 pm telling me my appointment has been cancelled I drive over get there at 7:20 the receptionist tell me it going to be a 3 or 4 hour WAIT how when u close at 8 Next time I’m going to urgent care.DO BETTER ‼️
Normally my experience at this urgent care is ok. However I came in a few weeks ago with bad stomach pain and cramping. My Dr. sent me to urgent care to get an abdominal x-ray. The man at urgent care told me I was extremely constipated and needed to take medication immediately. I believed what he told me so I took the laxatives right away. A few hours later I was back in the ER and this time the pain was unbearable.....they took another x ray at the ER and said I had absolutely no constipation what so ever.
