I am LIVID!!!! I am a caregiver for a man who has many, many DVTs and PEs. I took him to his appt, along with his service dog. After he was checked in we sat down in waiting room and the fat lady with the ugly haircut came over to us and said the dog had to go. I explained he was the service dog with the man I brought. She said she needed proof. This is a direct violation of FEDERAL LAW!!!!
