attempted to contact Wellington for weeks now for a warranty issue with my windows. No one answering calls, no means to leave a voicemail, not returning emails, so I decided to drive out to their Eden Prairie, MN location. they have closed up shop. Hugely dissatisfied with the windows and the service I have received.
We had a patio door installed in our kitchen and an existing Wellington window placed on a windowless wall. Awesome job by Brian & Chris. These guys are professionals and did an exceptional job. Highly recommend Wellington!
Very disappointed already and still have not even come out to get a quote. Scheduled a appointment on Monday for Friday at 6pm, salesman called an hour before appointment and canceled. He call back Saturday morning and explained that they had a company meeting in the afternoon and and personal plans afterwards and that the scheduling dept should have known better than to schedule appointments after the meeting. I bought a house with 6 wellington windows recently installed (2010), one of these windows was replaced under warranty in March of 2014 for leaking (less than 1 year ago) and its seals are bad. The warranty paperwork I have says there is a 20 year warranty on the windows. They will not honor the warrantee because I'm not the original homeowner. We had Wellington install four windows at the recommendation of a good friend. We were so impressed that we had them back for nine more windows. The install team was very professional. They tarped everything and when they left, there were no scraps left around. We ordered windows that were pre-stained and matched our trim very very well. Would we recommend Wellington, in a heart beat. Thank you Well Well Wellington.....
I have a piece of siding that is coming off my house from a job that Wellington did. I am nervous that I will get water damage if it does not get replaced. I contacted Wellington via email and phone at least 5 or 6 times in November of 2016 (still have emails saved). I attached the photo of the defective board with the emails.
