Do NOT look for customer service from them. Ordered windows 2/14. On 5/29 they installed the wrong windows. Still (9/14) waiting with no explanation.
I ordered two sets of windows back in October. They screwed up the order, which happens, but nobody called me. I called them in January and they admitted the order wasn't put in and said they would call me back. No one did. Finally today, I had to call them back and after sitting on hold forever because they were "researching" what happened it's going to be three more weeks. No apologies, no nothin'. So, I don't have the windows after four months. Can't wait for the actual installation process....NOT!
The Company just recently replaced our roof which had been damaged in last summer's storm. They did a remarkable job and had everything back in place in 2 days. It could not have gone better from our standpoint. Sam Courey
LOVE the new windows installed on our entire house. They are high quality, excellent value and the installers were fantastic. They delivered as promised...again. They had replaced one issue before and we were happy with their product and Services so we are repeat customers!
Got my siding replaced and a whole set of new windows. Incredibly happy with Wellington. Great guys, always responsive. Project done on time and on budget. Very happy.
Terrible service and customer relations ! I have been waiting for 3 months for a replacement window pane that "REQUIRED " full payment upfront. The manager has 3 times told me he would send an e-mail to find out where the window is and would then get back to me . NEVER HAPPENED !!! I cannot reccomend this product to anyone !!
