You don't want to live here!!! Management? Where? The property manager has no manager skills. They only stick up for there friends. Have a problem? It's your problem, maintenance isn't available and when they are they only do a half a job. No extras for the price. No pool, no fitness center. Neighbors snotty and rude. Neighbors noisy ALL hours of the night!!! If you move here, good luck!!! Seen more people move in and out in a year!!!
LOVE IT HERE!! I can't say enough good things about Wellington Chase!! We lived here for a year (moved in when it was still Harvestview, it changed names about 3 months into our lease) and unfortunately had to move due to personal reasons. It was so great, that we are actually in the process of moving back into this community!! The price for the apartments is amazing, you won't find anything else this quality for this price.
