Everything has been amazing! Madeline was insanely helpful during our application and move in. She clearly stated everything in the lease and made sure everything looked good before she left us to move our stuff in! They were so kind with helping out with anything we were confused on. It’s only been a week here but my boyfriend and I absolutely love it. Super clean and everything has been working smoothly.

Smooth so far (1 week) Madeline has been very kind and patient with my wife and I. She was helpful with the transition and has a servant-hearted posture. They're positively caring for their community, and they made sure our apartment was as perfect as possible before we moved in. Easy parking, no noise in surrounding area, neighbors are quiet. All doors are operational and appliances work great!

Perfect place to call home! Wellington Chase is a 5 Star Apartment Complex. They have excellent customer service, their apartments and townhomes are clean, and the apartments being very affordable for what all you get make it even better. Going into it i thought there was a catch to everything being so perfect and what I wanted, but there are none. Having all the stores and amentities you would ever need within 5 minutes is a big bonus too! Definitely would recommend anyone looking for apartments to choose Wellington Chase.
Good Experience This is the first time I've had to rent an apartment. I've owned my home for almost 50 years and just downsized after my wife passed away. Madeline made the transition smooth and was very helpful. The apartment was clean upon moving in. There was an issue with the refrigerator, but it was fixed in a timely manner.
Nightmare Apartments are in poor condition. Office and maintenance sneak in you apartment without notice. Everything was terrible from day 1.
first adventure on my own My husband recently passed away and this is the first time I had to apply and venture out on my own. Madeline in the complex office was helpful and understanding, during our time together we became friends. Everyone was just great, made me feel comfortable, maintenance, my friend who lives in the complex, all my new neighbors. My new apartment was clean and it seems so quiet. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. I'm looking forward to calling this home.

DO NOT LIVE HERE Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. They also will do anything they can to keep your security deposit. Management is awful and the Maintenance men are clueless and have no idea what they are doing. The entire staff should be replaced.
An amazing and quiet place to live Me and my family just moved here and the service has been great! Very friendly staff and people. It is a great place to live if you like the quiet. This has been by far the best apartment we have lived in.
